Heads Up Anyone tried these tone caps?

I can compare these Bumblebee workalikes from singlecoil.com to NOS Bumblebees. They are very closely to that ol' stuff. I like them a lot and they are a much better choice than Luxes or other. You shouldn't forget the pots and the wonderful vintage cloth wire you can get from Dirk.

Hi Darren, You won't be disappointed, using Shed's Mutz Nutz in your Junior. Since some weeks i have a pair of Shed's Vintage P90 Soapbars in my Goldtop. I assure, these are the best P90, i've ever heard and played. And i know a lot of this stuff. Markus

Height and resulting angle are better than with the Gotoh pickup, because the Mutz Nutz is a little bit higher. The Gotoh was too low, so the angle was not really satisfying. On P90's you can correct the height by putting the screws up to the string. Take a look at old Goldtops. There always...

Mutz Nutz P90, have a look at this beautiful aged cover harmonizing with the Fabers. Thank You, Tokai, togps and Spence.

This is a perfect look, Pete. Our guitars must have been cut from the same tree :D. It was a Junior tree. The boys of Harmony Central must be on vacation, so the homage to the Mutz Nutz P90 from Shed Pickups has'nt got put out yet. Maybe in a few days.

As you got yours, now we can play in a Rock'n Roll Band together :). If you'll do the TRC-tweak soon, it will be perfect. A very, very nice guitar. Congratulations! Markus

Here is an actual photo of the Mutz Nutz P90 that Spencer from shedpickups.com has built for me. They will marry in a few days. Man, it's really hard to wait. Red will be a fantastic teamwork of Spencer and Gottfried. I'm very proud, i can play her.

If You are looking for a real long tenon, take a look at here: I like this Tokai-correct TRC. togps has this wonderful wraparound tailpiece. Here my combination of the Faber locking Kit with the wraparound tailpiece. Fits perfectly, sounds great.

This is definitely a TJ85 with a one piece body. togps has also two piece TJ's (TJ78). They cost only a little bit fewer, so i decided to take the TJ85. I think it was a very good choice. I remember as one of the best livesounds i've ever heard Steve Simpson from Roger Chapmans Shortlist...

Thank You, togps. One piece body, one piece neck, light and resonant. Pure straight Rock'n Roll.

    Tokai P90 pickups

Yes, that's right. There are many factors in a guitar causal for the Tone. Maybe the connecting cable to the amp was "too good". But i remember the Fralins also as lot fatter and crunchy. I think, the distance of height to the strings was not the best one for the Fralins. Bluefinger should...

Yes, you can have it. It is a very big pleasure to deal with Dave. I wouldn't sell my Zephyrs, even if they had to go because of the Kloppmann's.

So, why not, even if the Kloppmann's would be the better choice. Here I wrote something about the Stephens Zephyrs: http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews/Electric+Guitar+Pickup/product/SD+Pickups/Zephyr+Blues+P-90/10/1
