Oh yes, it does! It?s a one piece back, indeed. I?ve seen other Edwards without serial numbers - like mine, all of them look authentic. I don?t understand why there are some serial numbered ones and some without...

Hello, I?ve got an Edwards ?56 Gold Top with 2 P-90s. The problem is that it doesn?t have a serial number. The newer Edwards all do have one. Are there any other Edwards without serial numbers out there? If yes, is there anything special on them? Which year have they been made? Thank you...

Any opinions on the SEB bodies?

Not at all! The center is made of crosscut mahogany. There?s no plywood on these ones. There are further models with different body woods - but I think no one of these is made of plywood.

Any opinions on the SEB bodies?

SEB means that the mahogany body has a crosscut mahogany middle. The idea is that the vibrations shall get faster from top to bottom and backwards. You can see some pictures in Tokai?s latest catalog called "Tokai Sound Stream".

Any opinions on the SEB bodies?

Hello Steve, I like the MKIIs very much. They are quite good for stock PUs. I?ve got them in my ES120. Of course that aren?t high end PUs but I wouldn?t replace them with SDs. Then I would prefer the MKIIs. DiMarzio is always a good option to look at!
