Yep, I bought mine for under $250 USD and I'm happy with it as well. I really don't care what the headstock says. I rarely sell my guitars, so resale value isn't that important to me. It's a nice little guitar.

Yep. The neck on my fake 335 is a dead-on clone to my '92 ES135. I can't compare the sound because my 135 has P90's. I like my 'No-kai' 335 quite a bit. But my Hagstrom Viking beats it hands-down.
