Clip of my lefty ES 120

Thanks...I was playing through a reissue Marshall Bluesbreaker that's had a bunch of mod...PTP board, Mercury Magnet transformers and ditched the Celestion Greenbacks for a Celestion G12-H and an Eminence Red Fang. I love that amp...has all the balls I need and cleans up nicely by just rolling...

    NEW TOKAI FA 235

I put a new pickguard on my Tokai ES 120 and had to reglue the block to the new one...I used a gel type super glue...just a small drop. I like the gel, it's easier to control than the liquid type.

Is this a real 1981 Tokai Love rock (Ebay content)?

I don't believe it is...the logo looks off and it has the large bridge posts like the MIK Tokais...I sent the seller a message about this and he said that the 1980 and 81 Love Rocks had different spec which might include the larger bridge posts...what do you all think...

    Scratch plate for ES130

All parts sell 335 pickguards that will fit just fine...I ordered a short one for my lefty Tokai ES 120 and it fit perfectly.

    ES 335 clone

I love my 2007 MIJ ES 120...it outshines the 1997 Gibby 335 I owned and is easily on par with the mid 60s 335 I owned....

I put a Bigsby on my Tokai ES 120 and love it...I can't imagine playing without it now that I've grown accustomed to it.

    Is this a fake Tokai!

The Tokai lettering looks off on the one I posted.

    Is this a fake Tokai!

That guitar looks like an Epi Dot Studio...does Tokai even make one similar to that...a 335 style with no binding, and only two controls for the pickups?

    Is this a fake Tokai!

The seller says he bought it from LA Music in Canada... http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220506631140&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:CA:1123

There's a guy on Ebay who sells repro plates...they're very close to the originals. His are $15...originals go for $150 - $300...finding the repro clinched the deal as far as putting the Bigsby on my Tokai...I really wanted a plate like that to cover the stud holes and I wouldn't have done it...

Did you end up buying it?

    ES 60 scratch plate..

The main measurement you need to know is the space between the pickups...an average Gibson 335 is 2-1/4 inches...if yours is the same, the All Parts replacement guards should fit just fine...I put one on my MIJ Tokai ES 120.

Just bought my first Greco, Questions

I have a 1990 Mint Collection Les Paul that I installed Gibson Historic pickup rings on...they fit fine and they are a bit higher than the stock rings.

    2005 ES155 Specification needed

I've given up trying to get the exact specs for a certain model...in 2007 I bought a lefty 2007 ES 120...I've been told that would have been a 110 in 2006 and a 135 in 2008...mine's a plaintop, I've been told that no plaintop ES 120s were made, only they lower end models came in a plaintop, even...
