I dont think so, 90's (as in 90000yen) did not have this. On villagers site there's a randyrhoads custom without binding and an EG59-100 without. My SA-90 (335 model) does not have it either.

I think ?1000 euro is what its worth to me (and to the market) but I'm always open to offers.

I think there were none made in Korea, the Kxxx's were special orders by a Japanese music store whose name began with a K. The biggest factor on orvilles is whether they are "Orvilles" or Orvilles by Gibson", the latter being higher grade with nitro and fret binding and long neck tenon and...

I just got the neck pickup out, just to see what it looked like from the inside and its definatly a long tenon, it stops 1/2 cm before the end of the cavity (I saw a real '63 and that tenon stopped about halfway in the cavity). My cam's batteries are empty but I'll try and post some pictures...

I haven't really gigged it yet, I play anything from blues to jazz to rock to noise rock, so I like a bit of feedback. I think it'll be fairly similar to my thinline tele though (same construction) so feedback would be there but very controllable.

Got her last week from villager, excellent service by the way and the waiting was def. worth it. It's a '91 SA-90, not a flametop or birdseye but a little bit of both, very lively. The pictures do not do it justice because the sunburst is a lot more smooth in real life, and it never really gets...
