For what its worth...mate, that could almost be the exact model i had, down to the last detail. Picked up for a song from a classified ad in my local supermarket (daren't say what i paid!). Not a bad guitar, in fact one of the nicest necks i ever played. Don't regret selling it though!

hard to describe really. not quite floating, more like resting. The centre block itself was a block of grooved plywood, not like on a 335. Would be interested to see pics of yours to see if its similar.

I had one of those- identical to the picture. It had one of the sweetest necks i ever played- fret-edge bound too. The centre-block wasn't like a 335 supposed to be though- didn't really 'meet' the top of the body, so it was more like a hollow body. nice guitar though.

Hi sorry, no scales, but I'll go borrow some. Neck is a comfortable size for me, quite slim, certainly not a rounders bat!

i should have added that i am not at all particular about what it says on the headstock or condition of guitar. The weight is a bigger priority.

is there anyone out there who wants to swap a Tele for my Burny Custom? Its pretty beat up, all mahog. PROPER split diamond headstock so pretty early i think, FEB etc. (will post pics). I got a 335 made by Kasuga - under the "Heerby" name. It's a great guitar, set neck, fret-edge binding etc. in fact all i look for in a MIJ/lawsuit, call-it-what-you-want, but this looks like a piece of cr@p in comparison!!
