Are vintage LS80 Tokai's not mass produced as well?

LS80 is abit More interesting considering the price what you get. Just wondering how quality and spec compare to a new Gibson Original 50s.

Hey Hammamatsu. Thank you for the information. I appreciate that. My only concern with the LS150 is that it has been modded (atleast the pickups) so I'm abit concerned about how much modding. The price is much lower than others I've seen, it is abit strange.

Hey guys, I have about a 1000 USD budget. What would be the best bang for my buck in regards to getting a Les Paul. Would something like a vintage Greco EG 59-70 or An EG 800? Or perhaps a newer tokai? What do you guys think? Thank you

Dissapointed to hear that. This is one of the reasons I have not bought a new Tokai. I have heard from quite a few people that modern Tokai just does not have the quality of the 70, 80s and 90s. If I pay near Gibson prices for a copy, it better blow my mind on all levels. Sorry to hear that man.

Guitar center is a joke. All of their Tokais and Burnys that are near enough for me to actually play are Chinese or Korean being sold at Japsnese prices. 👺👺👎
