I just picked up a Tokai Les Paul Custom ALS-53. Cherry Sunburst.
I have found that they can be recognised by the different shape on the top of the headstock.
It also has gold hardware and black control knobs.
It's Made in China with a 6 digit serial number inked on the back of the headstock...
