That's a 1981 serial number Gabe and could very well be nitro for the serial fits in a high end range.

Very nice John! Never new Antwerpen was such a lovely city. Only a 3.5 hour drive, I should visit once. I will play too. Yes please post some pics of both pickup cavities, control cavity, tenon, etc.
If it's Japanese this can be concluded from routing.

Well that's not a serial but a date. Burny serial numbers did have a different format (but were also a date, to make it even more confusing ) :D

Hi Frank, latest insights are that these were Kasuga made, just after Mats closed and right before Dyna took over.
A pic of the tenon will confirm this.
