Don't think that's a real one. I'd avoid to put my money on it. Never heard of a Burny with sustainer before the MIC ones made nowadays. There are different strange things on that: covers on the back of body being black while the new ones are white/creamy and truss-rod cover above the rest. I think ...

As I already wrote somewhere else, I had the chance to try, together with a friend of mine, my '81 FLG-90, a '80 LS-80 and a '81 EGF-1200. Trying to be neutral, the EGF has the best sound due the pickups and has the thicker neck, a '58 or '59, mine (the FLG-90 is the more resonant and has the longer...

Too bad you have 1x12. If it was 2x10 I'd get it.

RLGs from middle 80s on should have serial number printed in the neck pup cavity.

Yep I'm quite sure, but: FLG is one thing, "Super Grade" something different. It's like the differences between late '70s Greco and "Super Real" series. Also, the lower series used to be pancakes, even though the one you bought doesn't seem to be. Have you tried to knock the body and listen to the s...

I'd say it's a 1977 FLG-70 but there's the third pickup being strange. It could have been a special order, since the normal ones never had a middle pup.

Ok let me point out some things, I guess it might be something other users here on the forum thought about as well. I think you might be the only one. For feck's sake, give up! The pickups are real and the seller is well respected. It seems I'm not the only one, pal... Anyways as I said before, if ...

Ok let me point out some things, I guess it might be something other users here on the forum thought about as well. First: I've never seen a protection as strong as the one Cliff does on HM Guitars. I don't know either of the two and I basically tend to trust people, but the way this matter is going...

Well Cliff, any time I wanted to sell something on evil bay I've put the auction on and I haven't close it earlier. I guess if you put something on auction for sale it means you wanted to do it.
However anybody is allowed to do what he wants.
