Its the same as this one, you can't really see it in the pictures but the finish is semi-transparent.

Those do look pretty bad, I'm glad that our MIK Tokais here in Canada are made in a different factory then those UK models.

Actually thats one of the Eclipse style Love Rocks sold here in Canada, just like the DLX-2004 model but in a vintage violin finish flame top and without all the abalone inlays.

Yes it is.

Anders, the vintage violin model would be just like the one you have there but with a different finish. The pickups are the same, some are chrome covered, some open coil but still the same pickup.

The model #s are right on the site, its a NALS-48. I believe yours was about 9.6 lbs if I remember correctly? They do vary, the one I have sitting here now is about 8.6 lbs.

Someone that is in the know will p...

Those "renagade" guitars have absolutly NOTHING to do with Tokai or Canadian dealers that sell Tokai. Its a shame that seller is using the Tokai name to sell guitars that are just Chinese junk.

Marcusnieman, no need to wonder, I think you can guess who that seller is? ;)

The ones here in Canada are the Korean made models and there are no customs fees when I send stuff to the US. The quality is good, if do a search in the forum and you'll find many positive comments about them.
