The bodies for most semi hollow body guitars in the 335 style come from the same factory from what I hear so part of what you were told about that guitar was true, the rest.....BS. Selling that guitar under the Dillion name is false advertising. Those Tokais were Chinese made and are not Dillions. T...

The Bullshit continues..... :-?

I'm sorry Togps but you really have no actual knowledge of Tokais dealings with the Canadian distributor, NOBODY DOES including Godlyke so you really shouldn't be spreading this type of hearsay.

I stopped the video on full screen. It's a trick of the light. No dimple. It's an open book Gibson headstock. Thats what I think too. There are other videos on Youtube from this concert and you can see the Gibson logo on one of the other songs he uses the GT on. Slash did have some of his guitars c...

Bullshit. Sorry but its not true, doesn?t matter how many times its posted or by whom none of these people, including myself know the true dealings between Tokai and the distributor in Canada. Funny how Tokai wanted the Canadian distributor to carry the new line of MIJ Tokais for North America when ...

There is a lot of misinformation going around and I'm not gonna add fuel to the fire 'cause what do I know, I just sell them. All I'm gonna say is don't believe everything you read, many people think they know the whole story or have been intentionally misinformed but what they really know is jack. ...

No suprise there, I already told you what it was made out of in my previous post in this thread. Its agathis and its solid, no plywood/pressboard filler. The neck is also rock maple. Its not quite worth what you paid but not a bad guitar.

Its an AST-25. That model was in fact made of agathis, not alder. Its made in Korea and should have a serial number and made in Korea on the back of the headstock. Its not a bad guitar but never sold for that much. That seller goes by a few different names on flee-bay and seem to mis-rep items all t...

There is no real story. That certain company doesn't want Tokai "copy" style guitars available here and they have the money and power to get the job done. Tokai is done with being harrased and so is the Canadian distributor.

You are correct, its a NALS-48. Since you have the product in your hands you be the judge, who cares what anyone else thinks as long as you consider it to be "good".

Thank you! I appreciate the kudos.....

You will never see any Tokai direct "copy" guitars for sale in the US. We are kinda in a loophole here in Canada but the noose is slowly tightening... :(

Check out this website for different wiring diagrams. Look at the Gibson Les Paul style guitar 1 and 2, it shows wiring diagrams for both independent volumes and master volumes.
