Re: help identifying a TST-60
Oh, I didn’t know, I’ll update the post. They seemed legit. Do you think it’s a fair price? For €700 I’ll let it go I typically try & not comment on price unless an item is just insanely over priced, which I don't believe that applies to your asking price. Not really my business what others ask for...

Re: help identifying a TST-60
I'll play; your Goldstar Sound is likely a TST-55 because (1) custom color (2) VII stamped pickups
neck plate seems out of place for the example
Your listing states, "all original" but that is impossible because you have CTS pots in there dated to 1310

Re: NGD 1981 LS100S ON All Mahogany Love Rock
Check the below TF thread link, and check my post from Wed Jan 06, 2021 10:31 am. According to the scan that I saw it shows the LS-200 as the only 1978 - 1982 LS model with a Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard. The LS-150 & lower models are all listed as Rosewood for the fingerboard. Is that correct? Wh...

Re: Very Expensive Vintage LS-200s ? on YJ
I did see a scan recently of Tokai info for the 1978 to 1982 LS models; it states that the LS-200 fingerboard is Brazilian. So, it seems to be that the LS-200 from the era was the only LS specified with Brazilian for the fingerboard. The scan also shows the LS-200 as H Mahogany for the body; I assum...

I have an early 2000s LS-320, and it has a thin, 60s slim taper neckOchanomizu wrote: ↑Tue Dec 29, 2020 4:34 pmI'm all about the thick necks and have sold many that were too thin. I'll hope for the best.

Good luck

Re: NGD 1981 LS100S (Solid) ON All Mahogany Love Rock
Anyway, we put that one to bed. Now my question is whether not having the center seam in the top accounts for how well this guitar sustains notes, or is that just the mahogany cap, or the individual pieces of wood in my guitar? I don't know. I wish I had all of the different options in hand to do s...

Re: NGD 1981 LS100S (Solid) ON All Mahogany Love Rock
Just reading through Peter's book on the LC models. The LC60 had a 2 piece Mahogany top and the 100/110 had 1 piece Mahogany top just like the LC100S . if anyone looks at my post from Fri Dec 18, 2020 7:55 PM which is currently the last post on page three of this thread, the implication is the same...

Re: Bacchus BLS-DX ? (Quilt top BLS model)
Hi all, I'm the owner of the BLS-DX with the 101711 serial number and I don't know the specs, but there used to be an old (now gone) thread link where a guy gave information about Bacchus guitars and the Bacchus BLS-120, BLS-59's, etc. where he said that Bacchus DID make some of their BLS LP's with...
