Lee, Try this one.... dave-tang@mailcity.com. Thanks again. I am leaning towards the LS70F as the LS200 and LS320 are a bit on the expensive side. What do you think? I just bought and sold a LS75Q in VF, was approximately $700 shipped to the US. I was comparable to the higher end LP in feel and vib...

I use the Dunlop 65 care kit. I've heard of people using NuFinish on nitro tops, MacGuire's polish of some kind, and something by Dupont.

Thanks for the info!

I did a direct wire transfer when I bought mine from Yoshi. He sent me his bank details, I gave them to my bank and they handled it for a charge of ?15. I also had some laquer damage - small cracks at the neck joint and around the 3-way switch. Hadly noticeable, but there. You pay your money and ma...

One way I have dealt with sending credit card info overseas is to send 4 to 5 seperate emails with your credit card info: example: first email: 444-xxx-xxxx-xxxx second: xxx-555-xxxx-xxxx etc. etc. Seems to work? Haven't had my identitiy taken yet.... but if they did, they'd owe a lot of money!

The guitars look exactly like the LS75Q I bought and sold! One of the nicest guitars I've owned. Price is pretty good, mine was a little over $700 shipped to the US, without a case!

And the discount from the retail price seems to run at about 10-15% from Japanese dealers. Here are some quotes I found at one place, is this about as good as it get's? I would also have to buy more than 3 guitars to get the discount. ES120= 95000 Yen LS75S GT , or TL75Q= 60000 Yen LS200= 175000 Ye...

I owned a SuperChamp and Princeton Reverb II in the past but wanted a more vintage Fender tone, so I bought a Victoria. I did do a number of things to my amp before selling it however, like changing tubes and speakers. Putting a good Celestion Vintage 30 and putting some 5751 tubes in place of the 1...

i think the worst attitude of those fishy guys is that they never tell you the model designation even if they know. they just want to let you think that their guitars are comparable in terms of value to $3k and upward guitars. actually they sell the cheaper models with 2 or 3p backs, 14deg headstoc...

Re: A reply to answer if japanese people collect tokais

The high end tokai love rock models seem to be on the wanted list but you still have to pay a bit for them whilst the lower end or entry level does not seem to tweak the japenese interests. I had a couple questions I hope you or anybody in Japan can answer? I found one shop that will ship to the US...

Are the LS200 and LS320 worth the price as compared to the LS75Q? There approximately twice as much, $1300 US as compared to the $700 LS75Q. Even though I believe the LS75Q I own is worth the money, it's still alot.

LS75Q

So am I wrong for selling my Brand New LS75Q on Ebay for a "Buy it Now" price of $800? I just wanted to see the quality of these guitars when I purchased it, it is as good if not better than most of the PRS's and Gibby's I've seen and played in the local shops. Only gripe is the shipping, $10...

What is the LS75Q Neck Shape? FAT 50's or Slim 60's

Does anybody know what the neck of the new MIJ Tokai's shapped after? Fat 50's or slim 60's style? I'm selling a LS75Q on Ebay but know very little about it. It was shipped from Japan and is new. Thanks for any info!

FAT 50's

I don't think you should ever leave anything alone if you want true tone! If your not happy with your guitar put some more love into it and buy the FAT 50's! I currently have two MIJ Fender strats and have the DG20's in one and FAT 50's in the other, they both sound very sweet! I like the sonic vari...
