Hey, I've been out of the loop lately but it's good to see this is still a thrieving forum. Converted a F*nder guy to a Tok man this week, found a nice AST-56 on line at a bargain price. He wants a back cover in white...I only have Toks so I don't know , will a F*nder plate fit? Anyone have one from...

That's a 40 series the machines and the pick-ups with the bar magnets tell the tail. I have the same color AST 62' from Japan that I bought new in 85'. Most guys change those Pickups, I have a bag full of them! Don't get me wrong ...thats a nice Tok just an entry level begging for upgrades! MH :wink:

:o Thats no lie bout the heat here in Dallas! My central air conditioner went out Tuesday when it was a true 105 degrees!The inside of my home reached 95 while I had three guys replace the air unit and the heater...$6700 later I'm sitting in cool comfort about 71 degrees in here an 100 plus outside....

:o Brad Whitford has a flat gold top Les Paul from the 50's. All the plastic is black, it was on the cover of an old Guitar World from back in the 90's 8)
