From Peter's book. There were 4 types used initially rock and jazz then after the first 2yrs, the paf57. Dimarzio used on es150r es200 and only for 2yrs.

The Internet. Most Fender parts fit due to the accuracy of Tokai.

2008 and with a broken neck, worth it's weight in firewood for most people.
Parts wise equivalent stuff made for Gibson versions should fit.

I think the T came in when the logo had to change on the headstock from 7 to T, hence the T designation otherwise it's the same thing.

I think they have always had the T for Tokai but generally not used. Over on talkbass forum they have TPB50<80's going back to early 80's.
