    Tokai Tuning pegs

I need a couple of new tuning pegs for both my 95 LS in "snot green", one right one left and some replacements for my old Hummingbird acoustic. \Are there brands that are just "drop ins" or do Tokais have their own specs and therefore need Tokai replacements in order not to cosmetically screw...

Tokai LC "Diamond" Headstock Variations - gallery

Just wanted to add something I noticed a couple of days ago. This particular headstock design is almost identical to the Gibson Les Paul Artisan .

    AST 100

It's worth remembering that, Fender Strat bodies have changed size, only a very small amount however, try fitting a modern scratchplate to a Pre CBS and it won't fit if it's a genuine Pre CBS model. It's only a couple of millimetres here and there however, it does make a difference and it's...

Tokai LC "Diamond" Headstock Variations - gallery

My 81 "inky" Wine red custom has that headstock design although the inlay on mine looks far more "figured" than the one in your photo.. Also has "snot green" tuning pegs.

    Leave well alone

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tokai-Humming-Folk-Acoustic-Guitar-Japan-W200-/111443407322 Has been relisted, the neck has major issues and an action akin to a bow and arrow. The truss rod doesn't turn because it's almost certainly broken inside the neck. Judging by the almost immaculate condition...

Is this really a 1980 Tokai Custom LP?

I own a genuine "Inkie", there is a rose style logo inlaid in the headstock and there is nothing at all written on the truss-rod. I have never seen a Tokai LC in anything bar Wine/White/Black. I don't think I've ever seen anything other than a wine coloured "Inkie". in fact I can't ever remember...

    Cat's Eyes Koa CE75 T-K

Can't find any details on this particular model of acoustic Tokai made, Serial number is 018811, so assuming it would be made in 2001. Sorry no photo but it's a Koa wood body medium sized western style shape. Any info on the model would be much appreciated.

    Just a big thank you

To a fellow forum member who shall remain anonymous. Bought a 1981 Wine red LC60 from them. Guitar not only plays well but is just a joy to have around in the rack to look at. So thank you to a fellow forum member.

Hope you enjoy the guitar, that's a really good deal their right handed equivalents are rare enough in themselves.

    Older Les Paul Customs

No problems Mick... if people think it's iffy I want to know. The Logo is the big stumbling block for me. I really would like to find another LC that has this style of Logo. That said, this series of Tokais do seem to be a bit under the radar, as it were, The body shape looks fine, it looks...
