    While I definitely agree that it looks to be inspired by a Barney Kessel in shape (You guys know so many guitars I'd classify as obscure, its awesome!), the Ventura clones I've found pictures off definitely don't match this one...

    Apparently unbranded, except for a made in japan logo. Seller seems to know nothing about it other than those details and the way the pickups can be switched. Speaking of pickups, they're pretty odd looking - were they used on many guitars? Trying to get some better pictures, but till then...

    I'm not actually looking for a strat unless I happen to find one tucked away where the value is unknown - I already have a strat clone, which although cheap has a reasonable sound. I'm more looking for an LP or SG for a different sound to what I have already.... That said, about 3 more Tokai's...
