hi the A stamp on the neck is a sign it is a te80 the pickups would have a TEA stamp on the bottom if it is a te 80 TEB stamp for a te50/60 the body could be 2 piece ,,, i would not worry about that the spec of tokai is not always by the book some time a low end model have high end spec...

hi i got one in white think 3.8 kg good neck but not nitro ,,, very thick poly on mine good guitar but not my favorite greco got a 77 sparkle sound i like much better 4 bolt neck 3,4 kg with the big head ,, i like that one better all the best otto

i could look for the se 500 from 82 ,,, and look inside the body ,,, the tremelo looks like it is steel not the normal zink.... on my greco from 82 i got but i am not sure about the routing in the body ... i am thinking about the pickups and the small hole to the neck pocket ,, i see on 21...

i got a 1982 se 500 a 62 model it has the same pickups as this one no numbers on the pickups .... the 81 models have 3xxxx on the back so could be a 82 model ... i got squier jv too ... but they have a circle with a letter in sider the neck pocket ...try and look at 21 frets they have all...

hi looks like a early 64 model ... has the 8 skrew scratchplate .. and a plug on the head ,,, later 64 models dont have a plug and 11 skrew scratchplate this could have been change so i am not sure about that all the best otto
