    Epiphone Japan Matsumoku

I saw that Rivieria, sweet as pie! Thats why I;ve been considering an archtop for awhile. If things fall my way, I might gun for a Matsumoku, the Japanese sellers are pushing the prices up though...**** it

    Epiphone Japan Matsumoku

Lol Dave, so I am not crazy after all! I've seen Epi Cas's with three TRCs and no FEB but they retain the 3 piece Maple neck construction that is apparently a Matsumoku trademark. Is there some kind of mystique attached to blue label Epis? Seems to be a marketable tidbit by some sellers. Just...

    Epiphone Japan Matsumoku

I've read this thread too, the Epi Casinos have 2 screw TRCs but at the same time don't have fret edge bindings. It doesn't fuss me too much in terms of fret edge binding, but the varying specs kind of throw me off leading to doubts in my head! Does anyone know if Maxon pickups were in Epi...

    Epiphone Japan Matsumoku

I've heard some pretty good things about them and they have certain features which make them distinct, but I seem to come across variants or different features on them. There are early 80s Epi Casinos with three screw TRCs, some with two. Some have fret edge binding, others don't...but they all...

    Burny Les Paul Custom (1983?)

not quite, apparently theres a finish called "Queerburst" as a custom shop option. Now they're introducing a "Trans-burst", it changes according to time of day... This custom shop must really loves talking with customers about cavities, tenons, tailpieces and straplocks...

burny les paul is to heavy, should i route out the back?

This is not political correctness.....its about having manners, not insulting someone's physical constitution. This is not about calling "it as it is", it sounds more like a gratuitous insult than a constructive criticism. Is it "politically correct" to ask for some manners here? Some decency...

Sold my Edwards JP Relic & bought a Gibson Faded Standar

Prsman, you should realise Edwards are not meant to be equivalents of Gibson, the Navigators are the ones suppose to be equivalents of Gibson, try them and you'll be blown away by the sheer quality of it!!
