Thanks Jonah65. Very helpful. Like I said the original pups have been replaced. I've had Fralins and van Zandts in there but none of them made me fall in love with this guitar so I think I'll put it up for sale and that's why I'm inquiring here. With the now installed nameless pups it sounds OK...
