    Grunge

Eh? ^ I thought you meant Electroharmonics Bigmuff that one of Mudhoney's (another grunge band from Seattle) is called. Wellt he album was called Superfuzz Bigmuff to be frank.

    Naming your Tokai

Ya huh lol, looks like i'm the only one. Well come on, there's gotta be someone on this site who names their guitars. Jim Jones is right, tons of people name their guitars, Clapton's Blackie, Stevie Ray's First Wife, Lenny, BB King's Lucille etc...

    Grunge

That's the thing, it isn't a genre and even if it was, how can AIC/Soundgarden not be grunge, for you've said it - all grunge bands come from Seattle (add in the late 80s, early 90s part here). Singles, seen it but it was a really rubbish movie, I was just more interested in the live Alice in...

    Naming your Tokai

lol, sorry, I know it's slightly pathetic yes, but being a guitar forum, i'd imagine a lot of you are really passionate about your guitars that you'd consider naming them. It's not that weird is it?

    Grunge

Thank you for that suggestion, i'm looking into that as well as some U-men and Malfunktion, basically, the "Deep Six". Yeah, tell me about Mark's deep voice

    Naming your Tokai

;) I've decided to buy an Epi Custom SG than the USG350 SG Custom since it was better value at a better price when I found it. Anyway, I've christened my Fender Strat Mike, after Mike McCready from Pearl Jam about a year ago. Now I need a name for my Epi Custom SG. Do any of you name your Tokai's?

    Tokai and the legal suit

Do you ever think that a time will come when Gibson will start sueing Tokai for their replicas like the did, ( and lost might I add) with PRS. I can just see it, in the future, one day Gibson will sue for these remarkable replicas.

    Acoustic Tokai's

Wow, that acoustic seems gorgeous! Has a real nice Martin look. Perhaps, you can go to www.tokai-guitar.com and find your nearest store locator. I'm just as new to Tokai as anyone really. The members here are all great, they'll be of a better help.

    Grunge

Yeah, I've heard a lot about Screaming Tree's funnily enough, I haven't eve heard any of their stuff. They always remind of Soundgarden, because of "Screaming Life". Any recommendation?

    Grunge

I'm a huuuuuuge fan of the Seattle Early 90s, late 80s grunge period and have been since I'd heard of Pearl Jam nearly 10 years ago. My other favourite grunge artists are Alice in Chains, Soundgarden and Green River and Mother Love Bone, although I respect and like a lot of other grunge bands...

    In need of help

Hi folks, I'm Matt. I'm actually quite new to Tokai, it seems I know nothing of the company. All I know is that Tokai makes incredibly high quality guitars. I own mostly Fender relics and this is going to be my first time purchasing a Tokai SG Custom from one of my mates. Here's a problem, i...
