AS mentioned above those internals look standard tokai 80/90 to me. But those gibson pickups probably make it a bargain as they could fetch you good money if you sell em, they'd most definitely cost good money to buy new. Looks a nice guitar though.

I will admit that I'm not the worlds biggest fan of old guitars, mainly due to the prices they command. That does look mighty fine, and those early eighties Tokais are the holy grail for some people. Still a darn site cheaper than an original '59 Gibson :)

That's a tricky one. Second hand Seymour Duncan humbuckers tend to go for ?30-?40 each, but you get quite a few of those flying about so the prices are pretty stable. Personally I reckon ?10-?15 each at tops, but it's really down to how much you want them.

The present MIK Tokai explorers are pretty good, but the necks are pretty clump for my hands. Old Ibanez Destroyer II's are good guitars but, in my opinion, fetch too much cash for what they are.
