I have a Hamer DuoTone. 2 humbuckers and a piezo. But it has 2 jacks. One for the humbuckers and one for the piezo. With a 3 postion mini toggle. I have always sent the piezo direct thru the board and the humbuckers thru the amp. Works great. But it is pretty simple with the 2 output jacks...
Here are some pics of my Custom. I was told it was a late 70s but I have no idea. I was also told it was a long tenon, but it looks like a short tenon to me. But I'm no expert. Triple binding front, back and headstock.
It has Zakk Wylde EMGs installed right now but I still have the original VH1s...
Just my two cents... I own a Burny and a Gibson Les Paul. The Orville has the most accurate volume and tone knob layout than the Burny. For what it's worth...
