i would ve imagined there would be more differences than just the replaceable parts. Hmmm interesting. i owned an ss38 but it wasn t in very good condition. I ve always liked the cbs strat headstock ... Hmm - silvestar gas ...

back when i was more aware of the market, i seldom saw hi end sstars. all i found were 38s and maybe 40s. how do the higher end ss compare to the st springys?
